Company Profile

In Yugna, your Company is the highest level of organization. It represents your entire organization’s billing entity and global identity.

Company Settings

You can manage your global company details by navigating to Settings > Company in your dashboard.

From here you can typically manage:

• Company Name & Branding: Ensure your reports and dashboards reflect your organization’s identity.
• Global Policies: Settings that affect all workspaces and users beneath the company umbrella.

Your Company acts as the umbrella for all of your individual Workspaces and Team members.

Managing Multiple Companies (Agencies)

If you are an agency, reseller, or IT administrator managing digital signage for completely separate organizations, Yugna supports a multi-tenant architecture.

A single user account can create and manage multiple Company accounts. The hierarchy remains exactly the same for each entity:

1. Your User Login manages multiple Companies.
2. Each Company manages multiple Workspaces.
3. Each Workspace manages its own Teams, Screens, and Playlists.

You can easily switch between your different Company accounts from the dashboard without needing to log in and out or create separate email addresses.
