The Embed App gives you ultimate flexibility and is arguably the most powerful tool in the entire Yugna ecosystem. If a third-party software provides an “embed code” (usually an <iframe>), you can seamlessly integrate it directly into your digital signage.

The possibilities are endless, but some of the most popular integrations include:

• Google Workspace: Embed live, auto-updating Google Sheets, Google Slides, or Looker Studio dashboards.
• Microsoft Suite: Display real-time KPI data from Microsoft PowerBI, SharePoint, or Excel Online.
• Social & Feeds: Show live X (Twitter) feeds, custom financial tickers, or real-time event counters.

Internet Required

Requires Active Internet: Yes

Because this app renders external web content and live data, it requires a continuous internet connection. If your screen goes offline, this specific scene will display a connection error, but the rest of your cached media will continue to loop normally.

Configuration Options

1. Embed Code Paste the raw HTML embed code (usually an <iframe> tag) provided by your third-party service into the text area. Yugna will automatically parse the code and extract the correct URL to display on the screen securely.

2. Background Color Depending on the widget you are embedding, it might not have its own background color. Use the color picker to set a background color that fills any empty space behind the widget to match your brand.

3. Refresh Interval (Minutes) If your embedded widget displays live data (like a PowerBI dashboard or Google Sheet), you can tell Yugna exactly how often it should reload the embed to fetch the latest updates. You can set this interval anywhere between 1 and 120 minutes.
