Media Library

Before you can build dynamic playlists, you need content. The Media Library is your central repository for all the files you want to display on your screens.

Everything you upload here is securely stored and becomes available across all workspaces inside your company. This means media uploaded once can be instantly accessed inside the Playlist Builder by any team in your organization.

You can upload files directly from your computer to the Media Library. Yugna supports bulk uploading up to 5 files concurrently.

To ensure smooth playback on all supported hardware, please adhere to the following file limits:

  • Images: JPEG, PNG, WebP (Max file size: 50MB)
  • Videos: MP4, AVI, 3GP, WebM (Max file size: 1.2GB)
  • Documents: PDF (Max file size: 20MB)

As your digital signage network grows, your media library will fill up quickly. Yugna provides a beautiful, native file-explorer experience to keep things organized.

  1. Create Folders Just like on your Mac or PC, you can create folders to group related content. For example, you might create folders for Holiday Promos, Menu Boards, or Company Announcements.

  2. Move Files You can easily move uploaded files into folders, or move them between folders, to maintain a clean workspace.

  3. Navigate with Breadcrumbs As you dive deep into nested folders, the breadcrumb navigation at the top of the Media Library allows you to quickly jump back to previous directories or the root folder with a single click.
