Yugna provides Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising services through our network of digital screens located in premium commercial venues including cafes, restaurants, multiplexes, and high-traffic public spaces. Our service includes ad content creation, optimization, scheduling, deployment, and performance reporting.
All pricing plans (Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly) are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST will be added to the final billing. Payments are due as per the selected plan schedule. All payments are non-refundable once the service has commenced. No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to early cancellation, service interruptions, or performance variations.
All ad content must be suitable for public viewing and comply with applicable advertising standards and regulations. Content may be changed frequently as per your needs at no additional cost. Yugna reserves the right to reject or request modifications to any content that violates our content policies or applicable laws.
Screens operate during business hours only, which typically range between 10-12 hours per day, depending on the location and partner venue. Play counts of 110-130 plays per day are indicative and subject to partner business hours, venue operations, and technical considerations. Actual play counts may vary based on these factors.
Weekly performance reports are provided with per-second accuracy, detailing exact playtime and screen location tracking. Reports are generated based on actual screen activity and may be subject to technical limitations or data collection constraints.
You retain ownership of ad content that you provide to Yugna. However, if Yugna designs, creates, or significantly modifies your ad content, Yugna retains ownership of such created or modified content. You grant Yugna a license to use, display, and distribute your ad content across our network for the duration of your service agreement.
Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time with notice. Quarterly and Half Yearly plans are committed for the full duration. Early termination of committed plans may result in forfeiture of remaining service period. Yugna reserves the right to terminate service immediately for violation of these terms or content policies.
Yugna shall not be liable for any service interruptions, technical failures, venue closures, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for third-party venue issues, power outages, or network connectivity problems. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service period in question.
Yugna reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
