Screen Identification

We generate and collect a unique Screen ID (using a salt-based system, not MAC addresses) to identify and manage your display device within our service.

Playback Logs

We collect playback logs that record what content is displayed on your screen, including:

Content played
Playback start and end times
Playback duration

Important: Playback logs are only collected and displayed on our dashboard upon your explicit approval. You control whether this data is tracked.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for:

Proof of Play Reporting: Providing verification to advertisers that content was displayed as scheduled
Service Delivery: Managing and delivering content to your display screens
Dashboard Analytics: Showing you playback statistics and reports when you enable logging

Device Pairing

Our app uses a code-based device pairing system. No user authentication or personal login credentials are required.

Data Storage and Security

All data is securely stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Data Retention

We retain playback logs and screen information for 3 months from the date of collection, after which the data is automatically deleted.

We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to any third parties. Your information remains solely within our system.

We explicitly do not collect:

MAC addresses or hardware identifiers
Device information (model, OS version, etc.)
IP addresses or network information
