Yugna provides a cloud-based digital signage platform that allows you to manage digital screens, create and schedule playlists, upload content, and control displays remotely. Our Services are offered on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that your devices, networks, and internet connections are compatible with and sufficient for use of the Services.

Fees for the Services are based on your selected plan and the number of screens you manage. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. All fees are stated in the currency indicated at the time of purchase and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Billing cycle. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
Price changes. We may change our fees from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of any fee changes before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
Free trial. If we offer a free trial, you may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be billed according to your selected plan.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Services. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and transmit that content solely to provide the Services to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of our Services or any part thereof without our prior written consent.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy, after which it may be deleted. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections on Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yugna and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Services at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yugna and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Services and may cancel your subscription.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Yugna operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
